  • Birth details (date, time, and location of birth) for your chart reading.

  • Information you choose to share during our communications, including email and Zoom sessions. ‍

  • Deliver your purchased services and digital products.

  • Create your astrology reading and written report.

  • Communicate with you and schedule your session.

  • Maintain records for business operations, such as receipts and scheduling.‍ ‍

I will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

  • Payment details are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) and are not stored by Nichole West LLC.

  • Birth and personal data are stored privately and accessed only to create and deliver your services. Written readings are prepared and delivered using secure tools such as Google Docs.

  • Reasonable security measures are in place to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in your reading, reports, or communications, including Zoom calls, is kept confidential. Nothing you share will be disclosed publicly without your explicit consent.

My website may use cookies or analytics tools to improve the browsing experience and track general usage. This data is anonymous and not linked to your personal information.

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information I hold about you.

  • Request corrections to inaccurate information.

8. AI Tools

Some of my self-guided offerings are designed to be used with third-party AI tools, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). When you use these offerings, you interact with those tools directly and may choose to enter your own birth chart information into them. Anything you enter is handled by that provider under their own privacy policies, which I encourage you to review. Nichole West LLC does not sell or share your personal information with third parties through these tools. AI is used only to support the delivery of these self-guided experiences.
