These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services and products provided by Nichole West LLC ("I," "me," "my"). By purchasing or engaging with any offering through Nichole West LLC, you agree to the following.

1. Services

Nichole West LLC provides astrology-based educational services for personal growth, reflection, and self-understanding, including:

  • Personalized written birth chart readings, delivered with a 50-minute integration call.

  • Self-guided digital products, such as downloadable guides designed to be used with third-party AI tools.

  • Future offerings, such as masterclasses, workshops, or additional digital products.

All services are intended for personal growth, reflection, and education.

2. Disclaimer

Astrological services offered by Nichole West LLC are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, medical provider, or attorney. The insights provided in readings and digital products are for informational and educational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

3. Delivery of Services

  • Digital products are delivered electronically by email or download link, typically right after purchase.

  • Written birth chart readings are delivered by email within the stated turnaround time, currently up to 30 days.

  • The integration call is scheduled through a booking link and held on Zoom.

4. Use of Third-Party AI Tools

Some self-guided offerings are designed to be used with third-party AI tools, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). Access to and use of those tools is subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies. Nichole West LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party tools.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and digital nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once digital products have been delivered or work on a reading has begun. For the integration call, reasonable rescheduling accommodations will be made at my discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth). Incorrect information may affect the accuracy of your reading.

  • Use the services and insights responsibly, understanding that astrology is a tool for reflection.

  • Treat our communications and sessions with mutual respect.

7. Intellectual Property

All written readings, reports, guides, and materials are the intellectual property of Nichole West LLC. They are for your personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without my permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nichole West LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of the services. You agree that your choices and actions are your own responsibility.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
